THE DAY OF THE EVENT

Special Library hours and Facilities

The Keith A. Campbell Memorial Library will be open 12-4pm for the day of the event, and there will be a display of Harry Potter related books and movies for faster checkout options.

There will be restrooms with changing tables available for use during the event. Ladies be aware, there is a resident that resides in the ladies room who goes by Moaning Myrtle. Make sure you don’t pick the stall she calls home.  

Items not permitted at the event

STROLLERS: Due to the space of our event in our facility, strollers will not be permitted in the event space. The game room will be a stroller parking area. Note: Library staff is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items left unattended, including strollers. We recommend securing all personal items in your vehicle before the event.

Photo Releases for Minors 17 & Below

Photos will be taken at the event. As a government organization, we are required to have a photo release form on file for all underage children (17 and younger). If you do not have a photo release with Keith A. Campbell Memorial Library, please click here to fill out and print your form for the Keith A. Campbell Memorial Library. We will also have additional forms on the day of the event.

Families will have the option to "opt out" of the photos being shared on Facebook at that time, and will be given a coordinating wristband. 

Crafts & Activities

All crafts and activities will be will supplies last. Crafts for all ages. Costumes are encouraged for this event.

Parking

The parking lot for Keith A. Campbell Memorial Library will be open at 10:30AM the day of the event for event parking only.
